“And then if there's a designed career path with professional personal development along the way in that career path they'll stay and the whole conversation about you know we've got all these generations at least three some companies four generations working together now and my generation and older tends to disrespect the younger generation right? but they are just asking for, in some cases, demanding what my generation should have demanded instead of just keeping going to work and slugging it out day after day let's find some purpose let's find some meaning in that so that equity of exchange that occurs between daily task and company mission that belonging piece is so important.” Marissa
