How many times have you heard recently, “You just can’t find people who want to work”? Maybe you’ve said it yourself.


And I get it on one level. 


But on another level, I believe a higher level, companies who aren’t saying this, who say instead, “Our employees are great—they’re passionate, ready to help, and come to work ready to work”—those companies are the ones who understand the amazing relationship between work culture and recruitment.


Or, as I prefer to say, these companies understand how to attract top talent and reduce team turnover.
